Minimum Requirements
PADS4 Server Version
Before installation, ensure your PADS4 Server is running PADS4 version 2022.1 or later.It is recommended to complete the installation of the PADS4 Server first before setting up your device.
PADS4ProDVX Version
The minimum PADS4ProDVX version supporting the APPC-4200 Series is PADS4ProDVX 2.0.Firmware Requirements

Resetting the Device
If your device was used before, it is recommended to factory reset the device to free up storage and remove any software conflicts.Factory Reset Steps
The device will automatically restart after the reset is complete.
Installing PADS4 Viewer
Follow the steps below to install and configure PADS4 Viewer on your ProDVX APPC-4200 Series device.Step 1: Install PADS4ProDVX from USB Stick
The PADS4ProDVX.apk is available in: PADS4 Server Directory:Download from Github Important: If you download a newer version, place it in the apps directory on the PADS4 Server to ensure correct installation.

Troubleshooting
If you experience issues with remote control, network connectivity, or WebView updates, ensure: ✔ SICP Network Port is enabled.✔ Firmware is up to date.
