An Android 9 upgrade is available for most of these devices. Contact your reseller for availability.
Minimum PADS4 Requirements

Firmware updates can be requested from your ProDVX dealer.
By default, network settings are disabled on the device. Before installation, go to Android Settings and ensure Wi-Fi or Ethernet is enabled.
Resetting the Device (Recommended)
If the device was used before, perform a factory reset to clear storage and prevent software conflicts.Installing PADS4 Viewer

Troubleshooting
